To safeguard against skimming, consider the following precautions:
Shield your PIN: Shield the keypad while entering your PIN to prevent theft.
Keep your PIN private: Never disclose your PIN to anyone, avoid writing it down, and never store it in your wallet alongside your card.
Maintain visibility of your card: When in a store or restaurant, ensure you keep your card in sight or within reach to monitor its usage.
Watch for signs of tampering: Prior to using an ATM, inspect it for any irregularities and try to move parts of the machine as legitimate ATMs are typically sturdy.
Prefer secure locations: Choose ATMs located inside branches or malls over isolated outdoor ATMs for enhanced safety.
Review your account statement: Regularly check your account statement online to promptly detect any unauthorized transactions.

Once your order has been successfully placed, it will take 15 working days to deliver the card to your given address.
2. How will I pay the card fee?The card fee will automatically be deducted from your UPaisa Mobile Account once your order has been requested.
3. What if I don’t receive the card within 15 working days?Once your card has been dispatched to your given address, you will receive an order tracking ID allowing you to track your order. You can also call on helpline.
4. If I have already placed an order, when can I place another order again?You can place another order after 20 working days of your first order. However, if your first order was rejected, you will be able to place another order immediately after the order rejection.
5. My card has been returned by the courier service, what do I do?In such a case, you will have to call the helpline and provide details for the card to be dispatched to you again. If you don’t call the helpline for card delivery, your card will be discarded after a period of 60 days from the date of the return and the fee will be non-refundable.
6. Who can get the UPaisa Debit Card?Anyone who has a Upaisa Mobile Account is eligible to get a debit card.
7. I already have a UPaisa Mastercard ATM card. Can I get a UPaisa Mastercard or PayPak / UNION debit card?Yes, you can get a Upaisa Mastercard or PayPak Debit Card by placing an order for the card through UPaisa App or dialing USSD. Each account holder can order up to 1 Mastercard physical card and one virtual Card.
8. I have lost my UPaisa Debit Card, what should I do?Immediately block the card if you lose it. To block the card, Ufone customer can dial USSD string *786# or login via app. Alternately you can call UPaisa helpline.
9. What should I do if I forget the card PIN for my UPaisa Debit Card?You need to call the helpline. After verification of your identity, you will be able to change your Card PIN.
10. Can I perform international transactions with my UPaisa Debit Card?Currently, UPaisa Debit Cards are only valid for transactions within Pakistan.
11. Do I need to get session activation for online purchases?You don’t need any kind of activations, UPPlaisa Mastercard Debit Card can be used for online purchases on the go. PayPak debit and Union Pay card however does not support online purchases.
